ABOUT VALLE BRAVO

Valley Bravo is a new community in the pristine coastal valley of Shutia, El Salvador. This area is locally known as “KM59” due to a famous local surf break less than a half mile away. In fact this wave-rich area has 3 local points for surfers of all levels to enjoy. Situated on a 10 Acre sloped plot of land, with almost no local development, Valle Bravo will set the standard for sustainable, harmonious coastal living. The project is dense with local flora and fauna and is even home to a local family of deer (for which we have celebrated in our community signage). With 15 lots available in our private planned community ranging from one-half to one acre in size, our residents will be assured a perfect balance of community and privacy.
